Great service
Desk right in front of you as you arrive at Alicante. Speedy collection and return. Excellent staff. Pay for fuel up front - but refunded any fuel in the tank so none of that worrying about fuel en route to the airport at the end of your holiday. A parking scrape dealt with quickly and efficiently on return, transparent and very reasonable cost for repair. Best holiday car hire experience in 17 years.
Rental easy and good value for money.
Renting through this company allowed me to rent from a. Major car rental firm at a very competitive rate. As the company was located at the airport it was easy to pick up and return the vehicle.
Great Service
Car Upgraded on Beirut Airport Clean and good car condition
Easy and cheap way to rent your car
I ordered a car in Milan and got a great service from Rentalcars - mails and reminders before picking up my car to remind me of important things and clarify hidden spots in my contract. Thankfully enough, my car rental went smoothly, but I felt that if I'll need assistance - I have someone to reach out to
Very good experience
I rented a car with rental cars for a weekend trip to Sardinia. Everything ran smoothly. No queue when picking the car up, the car was new and easy to drive. Again when returning the car no problems, it was quickly checked again no queue to mention. All in all a very good experience and would definitely rent with rental cars again.

WHO WE ARE
Our founders had the simple idea of wanting to make renting cars much better. And we’ve flourished because our customers love how we work.
We started in 2004 as TravelJigsaw. Four years later, we were making 1000 bookings a day. In 2010, we joined the Priceline Group and rebranded as Rentalcars.com.
Fast forward to today and we’re making 8 million bookings a year (and counting) in over 60,000 locations across 160 countries.
Our amazing growth relies on our fantastic, diverse team. Based in Manchester, our 1,200 colleagues hail from 65 nations: we’ve succeeded because we cater to everyone, whatever their gender, nationality, language or culture. Check out our Gender Pay Gap report

EU Digital Services Act
In accordance with Rentalcars.com’s obligations under the EU’s Digital Services Act, we estimate that the average monthly recipients* of the Rentalcars.com service in the European Union from 1 February 2023 up to and including 31 July 2023, is well below 45 million.
This is only an estimate and is based on the data available to Rentalcars.com at this time, and the limited guidance in the Digital Services Act (“DSA”). This estimate is required to be published under the DSA and should not be used for any other purpose. The methodologies used to estimate average monthly recipients as defined in the DSA require significant judgement and design inputs, are subject to data and other limitations, and inherently are subject to statistical variances and uncertainties. This estimate may be revised upwards or downwards as Rentalcars.com refines its approach and in response to the publication of methodology by the European Commission. As required by the DSA, we expect to publish a new estimate later in 2023.
Please refer to the Booking Holdings Inc. Investor Relations website for user metrics we consider relevant to Rentalcars.com’s business.
* ‘recipient of service’ is defined under the DSA to mean “any natural or legal person who uses an intermediary service, in particular for the purposes of seeking information and making it accessible”. This requires counting users to whom information was displayed by the Booking.com service, even if that user did not make a transaction.'
